Since 1971, Central States Group has provided our customers with solutions for effective, efficient specialty fluid handling. Today, our company is one of the Midwest’s largest and strongest regional distributors of Pipe, Valves, Fittings, Piping Accessories, Industrial and Sanitary Pumps, Flow Meters, Temperature and Pressure Gauges and Valve Automation.
In addition to making a vast inventory of top brand specialty and commodity parts available to our customers, Central States provides the highest level of consulting and fabricating expertise, as well as a host of value-added services to keep every system operating at peak performance.
Central States Group stands for extensive and complete inventory solutions. Including high quality pipe, fittings, valves, piping accessories, pumps and other products from manufacturers. Plus, we maintain stocks of specialty fluid handling products such as steam traps, control and high performance valves, corrosion resistant piping and grooved piping systems.
Engineered Products
We provide comprehensive design and specifications for any food grade/sanitary application. Our in-house shop enables us to customize valve assemblies according to customer needs with rapid turn-around and shorter delivery times. Our full-assembly capabilities ensure that equipment is ready to install when it leaves our facility. As a value added service we have experienced technical specialists to assist with installation, maintenance and repair.
Efficient Order Management
From Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to wholesale distribution software to barcoding, our order management technology is state-of-the-art. This allows us to communicate more effectively, improve accuracy in order filling and delivery, and manage our own inventory and purchasing systems more efficiently.

Through this affiliation, we’re able to partner with manufacturers to ensure we can offer the products and services our customers expect. Central States is also a member of supplyFORCE. This affiliation allows us to offer strategic partnerships on national or regional supply contracts to our customers with multiple plant locations.

Our company is always striving to improve our organizations quality management system to better meet customer requirements and expectations. Central States Group is an ISO-designated, 9001 registered industrial supplier in Nebraska, Iowa and New Hope, Minnesota. Our Marshall, Minnesota location is not currently certified. To earn and maintain our ISO designation, we submit to an audit once a year.
