Shop Tech Support

We are looking to fill this entry-level position with a team oriented, quick learner with a strong work ethic to assist the Cedar Rapids Shop Technicians in support work including: disassembly of pumps, parts cleaning, shop maintenance and other miscellaneous duties. This is an opportunity for someone interested in moving into a Service Technician apprenticeship role which would focus on pump and related process equipment repairs.

OMAHA, NE

Warehouse Associate

Our Omaha warehouse needs an energetic quick learner to process orders in a fully computerized warehouse. Duties include storing, picking, shipping, and receiving of product. Must be computer literate, able to lift up to 70 lbs, able to operate warehouse software, and certify in forklift operation. Capable of driving light duty trucks for deliveries a plus.

Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a new Admin Asst as the current one has been promoted!

This position has primary responsibility for phone coverage to answer and route incoming calls. General knowledge of accounting principals is required as posting accounts receivable customer deposits into SX Accounting system and posting ACH payments occur daily. Accuracy and efficiency is required. This position also serves as the primary support for Accounts Payable.

This position also enjoys a wide variety of administrative duties from ordering office supplies, coordinating meetings and lunches to updating electronic files and ordering promotional materials. Due to the wide variety of tasks, a high level working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. In addition, typing, 10-key and alpha numeric skills are required.The ability to multi-task without losing focus on the priorities of the day due to the volume of incoming calls, mail, and accounts receivable and accounts payable functions performed daily is a must. This is a great opportunity for a responsible individual with the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities to grow with an organization. Must have excellent customer service skills with ability to excel in a high performance, fun environment. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college
