Our enterprise software provider is a leader in the distribution industry. The fully integrated system from back office, warehouse logistics, inventory control, order entry, EDI, and reporting tools allows us instance access to any information.

Bar Coding & Warehouse Logistics
Our Omaha facility operates utilizing a logistics tracking software that directs and records the movement of every item as it is received, put away, picked, and then shipped to our customers. Items and bin locations are bar coded and processed using wireless RF scanners. Before any item is moved, the system requires the operator to scan both the location and the item bar code to verify it. CSG achieves better then a 99% picking accuracy, which ensures our customers receive the correct product.

On-line order entry & Inquires
CSG can provide customers direct access to our system via the Internet. This allows them to check availability, prices, order status, or create a new order. We have created extensive cross-references to both customer and Vendors part numbers to help find the correct products.

EDI
Our EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) provides for the processing of both outgoing and incoming of all the standard transaction sets such as the 850 POs, 810 Invoices, 855 PO acknowledgements, and 856 Advance-shipping notices. These transaction sets are fully integrated into the enterprise software that allows electronic processing of these functions without manual entry.

Reporting
CSG reporting tools along with the information stored in our databases gives us the capability of offering many customized reports to customers. We can provide inventory, part number cross-references, item usages, order history, job reports, and min/max for VMI data to help control our customers' inventory. These can be created in multiple formats including Excel and set up to be delivered automatically via e-mail or fax at specified times.
